The Office of the Dean of Undergraduate and Graduate Studies has the overall responsibility for the academic monitoring of students and provides general academic advisement to students in all majors.

Instructional Technology Development Program
The Instructional Technology Development Program (ITDP) exists to support experienced and inexperienced faculty across all disciplines in their efforts to independently incorporate instructional technologies into coursework that will improve student learning.
Multicultural Scholarship Program
The Multicultural Scholarship Program at Providence College monitors, mentors and retains students who receive scholarships designed for ethnic and cultural minorities at Providence College.
Phillips Memorial Library
The Phillips Memorial Library provides dynamic and intuitive physical and virtual access to the world's knowledge for the Providence College campus and its communities, in order to most directly support PC's missions of interactive teaching, learning, and research.
Courses in law are offered through the departments of Economics, Management, Philosophy, Political Science, and Psychology, as well as through our Health Policy and Management and Labor-Management Relations programs. In addition, the College provides pre-law advising for students interested in pursuing law school after graduation.
Pre-Medical Sciences Program
The Health Professions Advisory Program assists students in pre-professional preparation for careers in the medical sciences including medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, optometry, physician assistant, physical therapy, advance practice nursing, pharmacy, public health, and other health professions.

The School of Continuing Education offers the flexibility non-traditional students need to complete their degree. It offers eight bachelor's degree programs, four associate's degree programs, and eight certificate programs.
